Lenses are guaranteed to be replaced once per frame within 180 days from the date of receipt (based on tracking record).
If any natural damage or quality issues occur with your lenses during this period, we will replace them free of charge, without any replacement costs.
However, please note that if you need to have your lenses replaced for any of the following reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, lens costs, and processing costs:
Damage caused by improper use or customer negligence
Scratches and damage caused by everyday use (deformation, cracks, chips, scratches, etc.)
If the customer inputs the prescription incorrectly and the lens power is not correct
